This community-based service, which opened in 1981, provides the only purpose-built accommodation for Victorians with Huntington’s disease. We care for clients in four homes located across Burwood and Glen Waverley, each equipped to meet our residents’ unique needs.

Our multidisciplinary care team is made up of dedicated occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech pathologists, nurses, recreation and resident support workers.

Residents receive support tailored to their needs and enjoy activities that enhance independence and increase involvement in their community.

This includes care planning, to support health and wellbeing, as well as lifestyle planning, which empowers clients to participate in their interests and hobbies, and achieve life goals that they have set for themselves.

The homes are staffed 24 hours a day by a support team with extensive knowledge and training in the specific support requirements of each individual in their care, while registered nursing staff oversee each resident’s health care program.
