Leave a gift in your will

Remember us in your will and leave hope, compassion and justice to future generations.

Each night in Victoria, more than 22,500 Victorians are homeless with nearly 6,000 of them children. Many older people experience social isolation and Lifeline Melbourne answers over 4,000 calls every month from people with a personal crisis.

Unfortunately, every year more and more Victorians, who thought they would never need help, are turning to us.

Your bequest is a simple way to continue caring and ensure your passion for a more just society lives on. Hear from supporter Janet about her decision to include Wesley in her will.

Every single gift is an opportunity to make a lasting and positive impact, and helps us to be there to assist people experiencing disadvantage, isolation, loneliness or vulnerability in their time of need.

Your will is an important, personal document. We advise seeking qualified legal advice to ensure your assets are distributed in accordance with your wishes. When you are ready, we have suggested wording for your will.

If you would like further information or to have a confidential discussion about including Wesley in your will, please contact our Planned Giving Coordinator Tracey King on (03) 8644 1539 or by email.

Become a Partner of Hope

Sadly, there are many more people we can’t support because we simply don’t have the resources available.

Through your regular donation, our Partner of Hope program gives us funds to be ready to assist whenever a person is in crisis.

From as little as $25 a month, you can help us respond when a child is at risk, loneliness turns to desperation, food is scarce or a warm bed is a dream.

Regular monthly donations make a big difference to our work, and it’s an easy way to support us. You’ll be providing a regular, sustainable source of funding to help us plan and deliver our vital programs.
